A philosophical question we’d like to discuss. Midtown Lively hit the streets to hear from neighbors and visitors. We appreciate and value what the Midtown community is saying. Here are some of their opinions:
If I had a million dollars I would carry on with helping some of the needy people to change their lives, maybe financially, with something they can remember.
– Marta Sub
I would procure some land to return to the original cultures of this area. And I would probably buy a second house if I had some money left over.
– Matthew O’Neill
First I’d take care of my family, then I’d give some to the churches, and whoever I deem in need. I wouldn’t splurge. I’d live right where I am now and get my house renovated. I live in a good neighborhood—the Sixth Ward.
– George Kithcart
With a million dollars? I’d go to the Caribbean, for one week—no more. I’d have to come back and go to my job. That’s a lot of money but it would go fast if you don’t work.
